“As an animal lover and parent to 8 cats and two dogs, and many more that have crossed the rainbow bridge, I am very particular when I look for a vet for my kids.

Dr Megan makes you feel like you and your pet matter to her as if they were her own. She truly loves all my animals, keeps them all straight and works with me to make sure they get the best care they could ever get. She takes her time, is never rushed, and wants to do the very best she can. She listens to your concerns and does the best she can to help them to get better. If it is something that she has not run into very often, she researches what can be done, consults with others and works with you to find the best plan. One of my cats presented with a lot of problems – stomach issues, pain, etc. She needed testing done to make a good diagnosis. It turned out that he had cancer. But, as a 15-year-old cat, we together, decided to do hospice care since surgery had very high risks that I wasn’t willing to take. We found that giving him B12 injections along with other medications, helped to keep everything under control. Today, a year and a half after diagnosis, he is still thriving!

Unfortunately, she is not able to fix everyone and when it comes time for them to cross the rainbow, she spends even more time with you and is so invested in making sure that your pet is comfortable and that you and the patient are always supported and cared for until the very end.”

“Dr Megan is the person I trust to literally have my fur babies life in her hands.  Both my dogs have had major health complications. Dr Megan guided me with her extensive knowledge and expertise during the process of decisions and treatment.  But equally important was her compassion.  The follow up phone calls were a comfort.  She helped me navigate the research I needed for medical devices I might need for my babies but didn't know how to proceed.  Dr Megan gets to know her patients as if they are her own babies.  I love watching her down on the floor with my 70+lb dog making him feel at ease with her gentle touch; or comforting my "nervous nellie" in the corner and making her feel safe. And also important is the way she gets to know her client's owners.  She takes the time to get to know me which helps her know what my babies need.  Although my dogs might not always enjoy going to the doctor, I do get two excited babies when I mention going to see Dr Megan.  Dr Megan is the best.”
